These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services offered by Greh Pravesh Proptech LLP (“Greh Pravesh”, “we/“us”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) What we do (Scope of Service)

• We provide independent property-risk insight reports for homebuyers/investors based on the interpretation of officially published and other reputable public information.

• Our reports are advisory and informational. We do not provide legal, financial, investment, or tax advice; our reports do not certify, endorse, or guarantee any project or title. Always consult your own professionals before making decisions.​

 

2) Who may use the service

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract.

• You warrant that the project details you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge.​

 

3) Ordering, pricing & payment

• Current SKUs: Lite (₹999) and Premium (₹4,999) (inclusive of applicable taxes unless shown otherwise).

• Orders are placed via our website checkout. Payment is captured through our payment partners.

• Prices and SKUs may change prospectively; confirmed, paid orders are honored at the price shown at checkout.​

 

4) Delivery timeline

• Standard delivery target is shown at checkout (e.g., within 1–3 business days). Timelines are estimates and may vary due to data availability or verification steps. You’ll receive status updates by email.​

 

5) “Halt & Refund” policy (critical records unavailable)

• If, during processing, critical public records necessary for a complete assessment (e.g., certain approvals or registries) are unavailable or cannot be reasonably verified, we may halt the order.

• On a halt, we will notify you and process a 100% refund of the amount you paid (gateway reversal timelines apply).

• No partial or pro-forma reports are issued on halted orders unless explicitly offered as a complimentary snapshot.​

 

6) Final sale after delivery

• Once a report is delivered (download link or attachment sent), the service is considered rendered and non-refundable.

• If you believe there is a material error, email support@grehpravesh.com with specifics and credible references; we will review and, where warranted, issue an updated report at no extra charge.

 

7) Your responsibilities

• Use the report only as one input to your decision; obtain independent professional advice as needed.

• Do not misuse the report or our website (e.g., automated scraping, reverse engineering workflows, misrepresentation).

 

8) Intellectual property & license

• All content, formats, scoring methodologies, checklists, and report templates are owned by Greh Pravesh.

• Upon payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the delivered report for your individual purchase decision.

• You may not copy, publish, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from our report or methodology without written consent.

 

9) Fair use of trademarks & branding

• Our brand names, logos, and product marks (e.g., Greh Pravesh Buyer's Check) are proprietary. You may reference your purchased report but may not imply affiliation, endorsement, or certification by Greh Pravesh.

 

10) Third-party services

• Payments, hosting, messaging, automation, and PDF delivery may be provided by third-party vendors. We are not responsible for their outages, delays, or policies, though we choose reputable providers and apply safeguards.

 

11) Disclaimers

• Reports rely on publicly available information and reasonable analysis at the time of preparation. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or subsequently updated by source systems.

• The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

12) Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, savings, or opportunity).

• Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a delivered or halted order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.

 

13) Indemnity

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greh Pravesh and its personnel from claims arising out of your misuse of the report, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

 

14) Corrections & disputes

• Corrections: Send detailed requests with supporting references to support@grehpravesh.com. We aim to review within 7 business days.

• Grievances: Contact the Grievance Officer listed in our Privacy Policy. We acknowledge within 7 business days and seek closure within 30 days.

 

15) Privacy & data protection

• Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). Please review it carefully before ordering.

 

16) Force majeure

• We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., system outages, regulatory actions, natural events).

 

17) Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms periodically. The Effective date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on our website and apply prospectively.

 

18) Assignment

• You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign to an affiliate, successor, or acquirer as part of a business transfer.

 

19) Governing law & jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
