This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have—consistent with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable laws.

• Report generation and delivery workflows.

• Customer support and grievance handling.

This policy does not cover third-party websites/services that have their own privacy policies.

3) The data we collect

Data you provide

• Contact & identity: name, email, phone, city/state.

• Project details: project/tower/unit info, locality, budget/value estimate, preferences (Lite/Premium), custom notes.

• Billing & payment: billing name, address, transaction references (we do not store full card/UPI credentials; payment processors handle those).

• Consents: explicit checkboxes on forms (e.g., DPDP consent, terms acceptance, marketing opt-in).

Data we collect automatically

• Device & usage: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, referral URLs.

• Cookies & similar tech: described in Section 9 (Cookies).

Data from service providers (public information processing)

• We process officially published records and other reputable public sources related to projects/developers to prepare your report. Where relevant, those records may include dates, filings, orders, and other public identifiers.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

4) Why we use your data (Purposes & lawful basis)

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

1. Report preparation & delivery (contract/performance of service; your consent where required):

   • Receive your request, process publicly available information relevant to your project, generate and email your report.

2. Payments & invoicing (contract/legal obligation):

   • Process payments, issue invoices/receipts, manage refunds for halted orders.

3. Customer support & grievances (legitimate interest/legal obligation):

   • Respond to queries, corrections, grievances, and fulfil data rights under DPDP.

4. Service quality, fraud prevention & security (legitimate interest):

   • Logs, audit trails, and security monitoring to protect our services and users.

5. Legal compliance (legal obligation):

   • Maintain books/records, comply with lawful requests, enforce terms.

6. Optional updates & marketing (consent):

   • If you opt in, we may send product updates, property-risk insights, or offers. You can unsubscribe anytime.​

 

5) How we use and share data

We use your data to deliver the service you requested and to operate our business. We may share limited personal data with:

• Payment processors (to collect payments and process refunds).

• Email/SMS/WhatsApp providers (to send confirmations and deliver reports).

• Cloud hosting, automation & PDF delivery providers (to generate and deliver your report quickly and securely).

• Analytics & error monitoring (to improve reliability and usability).

• Professional advisors and auditors (only if legally necessary).

• Authorities (only when required by law or to protect our legal rights).

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers: Some providers may process data outside India. By using our services, you consent to such transfers subject to reasonable security safeguards consistent with DPDP principles.

6) Retention

• Report & order data: typically retained for 24 months from delivery (or last interaction), unless longer retention is required for legal, tax, or dispute purposes.

• Payment/financial records: retained up to 8 years or as legally required.

• Support/grievance records: retained for 24 months from closure (or as legally required).
  When no longer required, we delete or irreversibly anonymize data.

 

7) Your rights (DPDP)

Subject to the DPDP Act, you may:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (e.g., marketing).

• Erase personal data, where applicable.

• Grievance redressal if you are dissatisfied with our response.

8) Automated processing transparency

Our reports include structured scoring and rules-based checks to standardize review quality. We do not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you solely by automated means. You may request clarification of any score or flag and ask for a human review.

 

9) Cookies & similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve our site.

• Essential cookies (strictly necessary): security, form submission, payment, session continuity.

• Analytics cookies (consent-based): understand site usage to improve content and UX.

• Functional/Preference cookies (consent-based): remember your settings.

• Marketing cookies (consent-based): only if you opt in to receive updates/offers.
