About the Service
Greh Pravesh provides independent property-risk insight reports for homebuyers and investors. Our reports interpret information drawn from officially published records and other reputable public sources to highlight potential risks, gaps, and items for further verification. We are not a broker, developer, or certifying authority. We work for the buyer.

Scope & Purpose
Our reports are informational and advisory. They are designed to support your decision-making and do not replace independent legal advice, financial advice, or technical due-diligence by qualified professionals.

No Legal, Financial, or Investment Advice
Nothing we provide—on the website, in emails, or in reports—constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, or regulatory advice. Engage your own qualified advisors before you enter into any transaction.

Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness
We use structured review processes and quality checks. Even so, public records may be incomplete, inconsistent, or updated after our report is generated. All content is provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

Halt & Refund Guarantee
If essential public records for a project or unit cannot be located or verified under our operating standards, we will halt the order and issue a 100% refund of the amount you paid for the report. (Bank processing times may apply; see “Refund Timelines & Fees” below.)

Payments, Refund Timelines & Gateway Fees

• Payments are processed by our payment partners.

• If a refund is issued (e.g., halted report), we initiate it immediately; banks typically take 3–7 business days to reflect it.

• Non-refundable gateway charges: Payment gateway/UPI/card fees retained by the processor are not controlled by us. Where the processor does not return those fees, they may not be recoverable.

• Delivered reports are final and non-refundable.

 

Chargebacks & Resolution
If there is an issue, contact us first at support@grehpravesh.com so we can resolve it quickly. If a chargeback is filed, we will submit delivery and consent evidence to the processor. Repeated or abusive chargebacks may lead to refusal of future orders.

Third-Party Services
We rely on reputable third-party providers (e.g., payment gateways, email/PDF delivery, analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy practices. We are not liable for unavailability or acts/omissions of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project and contact details;

• Reviewing our report together with your own legal/technical advisors;

• Making final decisions at your own discretion and risk.​

 

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greh Pravesh, its founders, team, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, arising from use of our website, emails, or reports. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fee paid for the report giving rise to the claim.

No Certification; No Endorsement
We are not a government/regulatory body and do not issue certifications, approvals, or legal clearances. References to laws, filings, or public records are solely for your independent verification with competent authorities.

Intellectual Property
All report templates, ratings, formats, and content on the site are proprietary to Greh Pravesh. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use delivered reports for your internal decision-making. No resale, redistribution, or public publication without our written consent.

Changes to this Policy
We may update this Disclaimer & Legal Policy from time to time. Updates take effect upon posting to the website. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by email if appropriate.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
